Video conferencing tools at NAU
The collaborative tools available at NAU make it possible to work with students, faculty, and staff from anywhere. Instant messaging also provides a quick way to get answers and brainstorm with colleagues when you’re not in the same space.
When using video conferencing tools, it is important to test your equipment prior to your meeting time to ensure everything is working properly. Don’t forget to familiarize yourself with the tool itself as well as the meeting space. Please view our training videos or quick reference guides on the video conferencing tools.
As of August 1, 2020, NAU ITS requires all Zoom meetings to have a passcode enabled.
