Received a suspicious email?
You can report emails directly within Outlook, or by forwarding a suspicious email to phishing@nau.edu.

ServiceNow Service Portal
You can submit a support request, or “ticket” online through our ServiceNow service portal, as well as report outages, purchase a computer or endpoint device, and more.
LOUIE Chatbot

Student Technology Center (STC)
A branch of the ITS Service Desk, the Student Technology Center is an in-person service point located on the first floor of Cline Library and is available for the NAU community to get in-person technology support.
