Beginning in 2023, NAU will be working to migrate out of the Skype for Business environment and adopt Microsoft Teams as the primary telephony method for the university.
Why is this change happening?
NAU’s current provider for telephony, Skype for Business, is being decommissioned by the year 2025. NAU is currently navigating this change and will work to fully adopt Microsoft Teams as the primary tool for telephony, while phasing out Skype for Business.
