Andrea Stalker (she/her) is the Director of SPIES (Strategic Planning, Implementation, and Education Services) within ITS. She earned her Bachelor of Science in History, Master of Arts in History, and Masters in Administration – Project Management, all from NAU. Andrea is part of the ITS leadership team and serves as a Project Manager on various strategic initiatives across the institution.
Jeremy Sanderlin, Assistant Director Accordion Closed
Jeremy Sanderlin (he/him) is a certified Project Management Professional on the SPIES Team. He earned his Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Purdue University and his Master’s in Internet Technology from the University of Georgia. Jeremy is part of the ITS leadership team and serves as a Project Manager on various strategic initiatives across the institution. Currently, Jeremy is also the acting Chair for the Strategic Project Review and Resourcing Committee (SPRRC) for 2020.

Kathleen Tanner (she/her) is a project manager for the Project & Portfolio Management Office in ITS. She is a certified project management professional and scrum master with over 15 years’ experience helping companies implement strategic projects and improve their business processes. Kathleen’s industry experience includes healthcare, finance, ecommerce and automotive.
Michael Moramarco, IT Project Manager, Senior Accordion Closed
Michael Moramarco (he/him) is the Senior Project Manager for the Project & Portfolio Management Office in ITS. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience in IT and academia. With an enthusiastic and consultative style, Michael has been able to foster productive and collaborative working environments for both IT and academic research projects.
Jeff McGarry, IT Project Manager, Intermediate Accordion Closed
Jeffrey McGarry (he/him) is a project manager for the Project & Portfolio Management Office in ITS. He holds an M.S. in Health Informatics and he is a certified project management professional (PMP). He brings over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, IT project management and healthcare product implementations. He works to leverage technology for process improvement and efficiency in the workplace.

Andrea has been with NAU since 2019 bringing over a decade of experience in managing marketing campaigns, graphic design and implementing technology solutions to improve business practices.

Greg McLean (he/him) is a Project Manager for the Project & Portfolio Management Office in ITS. He has an MA in Communication and Media Analysis, is an instructor at the School of Communication and has worked at NAU since 2002. He has a passion for technological evolution in higher education and brings extensive experience in project management, media production and organizational communication.
Kathleen Ellis, Manager, Solutions Architecture Accordion Closed
Kathleen Ellis (she/her) is a Manager of the Solutions Architect team. She has been at NAU since 2009, where she started working in the Bursars Office. Kathleen is an NAU alum, earning her bachelor’s degree in 2007. She became a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) in 2016, a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) in 2020 and is currently working toward a certification in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).

Jared Logan is a Senior Solutions Architect within the ITS SPIES Team. He has earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in addition to certifications in Professional Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, TOGAF, and ITIL Foundations. Jared has been at NAU since 2018 with over a decade of prior experience in leadership and technology within both public and private business sectors (healthcare, government, and higher education).

Audrey O’Connell, Lead Technical Training Analyst Accordion Closed
Audrey O’Connell (she/her) is a Lead Technical Training Analyst and has been with the Training Development and Technology Adoption team since 2014. She has a B.S. in Electronic Media and Film with an emphasis in Entertainment Management, an M.Ed. in Educational Technology and an M.Ed. in Human Relations from NAU. Audrey is passionate about bringing personalized trainings to NAU and working with different partners across the university to bring a variety of training topics to our staff, faculty and students.
When she isn’t building online trainings, Audrey can be found spending time with her husband, their son and two perfect dogs.
Carsen Jones, Intermediate Technical Training Analyst Accordion Closed
Carsen Jones (He/Him) is an Intermediate Technical Training Analyst on the Training Development and Technology Adoption team. Carsen has been with ITS since he was a student employee and started his freshman year of college. He has since graduated with a B.S. in Strategic Communication with a double emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising. Carsen enjoys bringing engaging graphics, videos, and interactive elements to training experiences at NAU.
When he isn’t creating trainings, Carsen can often be found baking something up in the kitchen, exploring Flagstaff, or crafting up a DIY project at home.
Ashlee Binderim, Part Time Intermediate Technical Training Analyst Accordion Closed
Ashlee Binderim is an Intermediate Technical Training Analyst with the Training Development and Technology Adoption team. She started working with TDTA as a student employee in 2014. As an NAU Alum with a BFA in Graphic Design and Masters in Educational Leadership, Ashlee utilizes both Graphic Design and Instructional Design to create training videos campus wide to promote success for all staff, faculty, and students on campus.
Rebecca Campbell, Part Time Technical Training Analyst Accordion Closed
Rebecca Campbell (she/her) is a Technical Training Analyst on the Training Development and Technology Adoption team. She started working with TDTA team March 2023. She is a Flagstaff local, but attended college in Durango, Colorado and graduated with a BA in Graphic Design, and a minor in Marketing. Rebecca utilizes both Graphic Design and Instructional Design to create graphics, training videos, and interactive materials for the NAU staff, faculty and students.
Outside of that, she loves spending time with her family, including her two awesome daughters and enjoys engaging in the Flagstaff community.
Enterprise Business Analysts
Steven Hernandez, Manager, Enterprise Business Accordion Closed
Steven Hernandez (he/him) is the Manager of the Enterprise Business Analyst Team and has been at NAU since 2014. He comes from the Academic Affairs Business Analyst team where he was serving as one of the Lead Business Analysts. He also has over 15 years of experience from San Jose State University as a Lead Business Analyst and Director of Analytic Studies. He earned a BSBA in Information Systems and a certificate in Enterprise Systems from Northern Arizona University.
Eric Bradford, Senior Business Analyst Accordion Closed
Eric Bradford (he/him) is a Business Analyst, Int with the Enterprise Business Analyst team. Eric began at NAU as a student and then a student-worker before graduating in 1998. His insight as a student served as a valuable perspective while he worked as an Academic Advisor for three years. He would move on to managing the Academic Advisement Report for over a decade before becoming a Business Analyst in 2015.
Eric’s life philosophy is focused on people. His pastime includes painting, being physically active, and satisfying his curiosity.

Colinda Joe (she/her) is an Applications Programmer, Intermediate within the ITS SPIES Team. She has a Masters in Educational Technology and two bachelor degrees in Business and Computer Information Systems from Northern Arizona University, also another Masters from the University of Arizona in Library Science. Colinda has been with NAU since 1998. She has experience working in Cline Library and Facility Services.
