Andrea Stalker (she/her/hers) is the Director of SPIES (Strategic Planning, Implementation, and Education Services) within ITS. She earned her Bachelor of Science in History, Master of Arts in History, and Masters in Administration – Project Management, all from NAU. Andrea is part of the ITS leadership team and serves as a Project Manager on various strategic initiatives across the institution.
Jeremy Sanderlin, Assistant Director Accordion Closed
Jeremy Sanderlin (he/him/his) is a certified Project Management Professional on the SPIES Team. He earned his Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Purdue University and his Master’s in Internet Technology from the University of Georgia. Jeremy is part of the ITS leadership team and serves as a Project Manager on various strategic initiatives across the institution. Currently, Jeremy is also the acting Chair for the Strategic Project Review and Resourcing Committee (SPRRC) for 2020.

Kathleen Tanner, IT Project Manager, Intermediate Accordion Closed
Kathleen Tanner (she/her/hers) is a project manager for the Project & Portfolio Management Office in ITS. She is a certified project management professional and scrum master with over 15 years’ experience helping companies implement strategic projects and improve their business processes. Kathleen’s industry experience includes healthcare, finance, ecommerce and automotive.
Grace Ditsworth, Project Manager Apprentice Accordion Closed
Grace Ditsworth (they/them/theirs) is a Project Manager Apprentice for the Project & Portfolio Management Office in ITS and certified project management professional. They come from a diverse professional background, including undergraduate career services, massage therapy, holistic health and organizational coaching, mobile application development, and post-ward grant administration.
Kathleen Ellis, Manager, Solutions Architecture Accordion Closed
Kathleen Ellis (she/her/hers) is a Manager of the Solutions Architect team. She has been at NAU since 2009, where she started working in the Bursars Office. Kathleen is an NAU alum, earning her bachelor’s degree in 2007. She became a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) in 2016, a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) in 2020 and is currently working toward a certification in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).

Amy Fouts (she/her/hers) is a Solutions Architects, Intermediate with in the ITS SPIES Team. She has a degree in Speech Communication from Northern Kentucky University. Amy has been with NAU since 2018 bringing with her years of prior experience in technology, processes, testing and leadership.
Jared Logan, Solutions Architects Analyst Accordion Closed
Jared Logan (he/him/his) is a Senior Solutions Architects within the ITS SPIES Team. He has earned his Master’s in Business Administration degree (MBA) in addition to certifications as a Professional Project Manager (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Jared has been at NAU since 2018 with over a decade of prior experience in leadership and technology within both public and private business sectors (healthcare, government, and higher education).

Audrey O’Connell, Senior Technology Training Analyst Accordion Closed
Audrey O’Connell (she/her/hers) is a Senior Instructional Designer and has been with the Learning and Professional Development team since 2014. She has a B.S. in Electronic Media and Film with an emphasis in Entertainment Management and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from NAU.
When she isn’t building online trainings, Audrey can be found spending time with her husband and their two perfect dogs.
Sarah Lipsey, Technology Training Analyst Staff Specialist Accordion Closed
Sarah Lipsey (she/her/hers) has been working in the training and instructional design industry since 2007, after receiving a Master’s Degree in Literacy, Technology and Professional Writing from NAU. Sarah returned to her hometown of Omaha, Nebraska to begin her career at West Corporation, creating online training for call center agents for clients like Sirius XM Radio, Citibank, and Harrah’s Casinos. Sarah then joined Union Pacific in 2011, where she implemented new rail yard management software across the Union Pacific network. In 2015, Sarah returned to Flagstaff to join the Learning and Professional Development team at NAU. Since returning to Flagstaff, Sarah applied her training and implementation experience to higher education and incorporating organizational change management into the training and implementation efforts in ITS.
Amanda Kapp, Part Time Videographer and Editor Accordion Closed
Amanda Kapp (she/her/hers) is a videographer and editor for the ITS SPIES Team. She has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology and a graduate certificate in Science Communication. Amanda has been with NAU since 2004 working first with the Four Corner’s Upward Bound Math & Science Program, then with NAU Extended Campuses, and now with the ITS Learning & Professional Development Team.

Eric Bradford, Intermediate Business Analyst Accordion Closed
Eric Bradford (he/him/his) is a Business Analyst, Int with the Enterprise Business Analyst team. Eric began at NAU as a student and then a student-worker before graduating in 1998. His insight as a student served as a valuable perspective while he worked as an Academic Advisor for three years. He would move on to managing the Academic Advisement Report for over a decade before becoming a Business Analyst in 2015.
Eric’s life philosophy is focused on people. His pastime includes painting, being physically active, and satisfying his curiosity.

Kyle Cawood (he/him/his) is a Lead Business Analyst and has been at NAU since 2004 where he started as an academic advisor. He has earned a Master’s of Science in counseling as well as a Master’s in Administration – Public Management and is currently working towards his certification as a Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).

Colinda Joe (she/her/hers) is an Applications Programmer, Intermediate within the ITS SPIES Team. She has a Masters in Educational Technology and two bachelor degrees in Business and Computer Information Systems from Northern Arizona University, also another Masters from the University of Arizona in Library Science. Colinda has been with NAU since 1998. She has experience working in Cline Library and Facility Services.

He began working at NAU Financial Aid as a student worker in 2011 and was hired full-time in 2013, after he earned his Bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Advertising. Jordan joined the Enterprise Business Analyst team in 2020 and brings nearly a decade of experience in Financial Aid, and other Enrollment Management business processes.

Eric Nelson is a Senior Business Analyst with the ITS Enterprise Business Analyst team. Eric has been with NAU since 2004. He did accounting for Extended Campuses for many years. From 2013 to 2020 he was a Business Analyst with the Comptroller’s Office, working primarily with the OnBase system. Eric has bachelor’s degrees in Spanish, Business Management, and Accounting.

Mark Niles (he/him/his) is a Senior Business Analyst within the ITS SPIES Team. He earned a Bachelors of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati. Mark started working at NAU in 2014 as a Business Analyst for ITS. Mark has achieved the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
