Portfolio Management Services
Portfolio Management is a core service offering of the ITS PPMO. This service provides each university business line with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist with technology-based projects initiated by the division which require cross-divisional support.
What does ITS Portfolio Management include?
Portfolio Management services are distinct from Project Management services. Portfolio Management refers to a suite of projects, while Project Management refers to a single project.
Your division’s assigned Portfolio Manager will provide the following support:
- Monthly portfolio reviews
- Portfolio health checks
- “At risk” project rescue consultations
- ITS Resource allocation support
