OneDrive for Business

Microsoft OneDrive is a storage offering that can be used across many devices and shared among internal and external Microsoft users.

When to Use OneDrive for Business Accordion Closed

Microsoft OneDrive is the recommended option for the most common use cases across the NAU for storage and collaboration needs.

How to Request Access Accordion Closed

All NAU students, faculty, and staff have immediate access to OneDrive using their NAU credentials.

For information on how to install Microsoft OneDrive on your device(s), visit:

  • Download OneDrive for your desktop or mobile device.
  • Access OneDrive via your web browser.

Cost and Pricing Accordion Closed

All NAU affiliates (students, faculty, staff) have free access to up to 1TB (1000 gigabytes) of storage space on Microsoft OneDrive.

Sharing Capabilities Accordion Closed

Users can share OneDrive files with both internal (NAU) and external (Non-NAU) individuals.
