Telephone Move, Add or Change Request
To Request Moving, Changing, or Adding a Telephone
- Fill out an ITS ServiceNow ticket.
- Under “Service Catalog” select “Make a telecom request” or “Report a telecom problem.”
- Fill out the form
- Once complete, click “Submit.”
Note: You can save intermediate results for later by selecting “Save.”
