Governance, security, and support
Microsoft Teams and Microsoft365 together provide communication and collaboration services to the entire NAU community. Because of the broad capabilities of these tools, special governance decisions and security policies must be enabled to keep the data shared and accessed secure. Sharing the impact of these technical changes is helpful for understanding how interconnected all of these services are.
Governance committee structure
The individuals participating in the Microsoft365 governance are currently being finalized, but the committee is organized and managed through ITS. Individuals from outside ITS are invited when the topic warrants input from additional stakeholders.
