May 2023 ITS Maintenance and Subsequent Outages

What’s Happening?
On Sunday, May 21st, and Sunday, May 28th, between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., ITS will be performing maintenance on system infrastructure. During this time, a select number of services will be taken offline, resulting in a campus-wide, and state-wide outage for each service.
The NAU & NAU Guest Networks will not be affected during this time. Other core business systems such as email, telephony, and door access will remain available.

- NAU VPN
- Lenel Door Access
- Email & Microsoft Exchange Services
Will experience an outage/degradation of service
- Monsoon Advanced Research Computing
- OnBase
- Enterprise Reporting (Data available, but not refreshed)
- Auxiliary Support Services¹
¹While some core services will remain online, some auxiliary features or functionality of a service may be degraded during this time.
If Maintenance Surpasses the Anticipated Time frame
In the event that a service or services are unable to be brought back online within the maintenance window, ITS will provide notice via the ITS Homepage, as well as our System Status Page.
