MacOS Monterey will no longer be supported starting November 1st, 2024.

With the release of macOS Sequoia, Apple will no longer be supporting or providing security updates for macOS Monterey. To keep the NAU’s digital environment secure, ITS will be ending support of MacOS Monterey.

What you’ll need to do if you currently use macOS Monterey

You can update your Mac’s operating system yourself. Apple provides tutorials on upgrading your OS. If you require additional assistance in upgrading your operating system, you can submit a ticket to ITS for support.
