How to use our chatbot

When navigating on ITS webpages, you’ll see a chat bubble icon in the lower right-hand corner of your browser window. Clicking on this icon will bring up the chat portal where you can type out your query.


How the chatbot works

When you submit your request in the chat, our chatbot’s programming can help answer your questions. If your inquiry requires more in-depth support, one of our support analysts will be notified and can respond to your questions directly in the chat. Remember, you’re talking with a real person, so please be respectful.


I’m a screen reader or assistive technology (AT) user. How can I use the chat?

Our chat can be accessed the same way as other buttons appearing on the screen. You’ll see a label for “Live Chat” with a button that is labeled “Open Chat”. When using the chat, you’ll see a section labeled “Message” where you can input your query.
