IT Support Analyst, Intermediate – 607018

Provides a wide range of secondary-level IT support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, and basic network issues. Responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets and initiating the escalation of service tickets when appropriate
Change and Configuration Process Analyst – 607195

This position works as part of a team responsible for defining, maintaining, supporting, and improving service lifecycle processes and standards for NAU IT Services as structured by the Information Technologies Information Library (ITIL), IT Service Management (ITSM) and Lean Six Sigma. Responsibilities include managing service outages and degradations, conducting root cause analysis, managing the change calendar and Change Advisory Board (CAB), and managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
IT Project Manager, Senior

NAU ITS Plan/Implementation & Ed Services is hiring one IT Project Manager, Senior. This position will act as a leader in project management services to supply end users with information systems and manages the scope and budget of new projects to ensure timely development and rollout. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate and follow the time frame and budget for projects to guarantee completion of university specifications.
