Desktop Support Services

Hardware & software support
ITS’ Desktop Support team offers in-person and virtual support appointments as well as in-house computer and hardware repair services at no cost. Desktop Support also manages the configuration and delivery of new devices purchased for NAU work or instruction.

Software troubleshooting & support
Support for desktop applications including the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other various enterprise applications in use across the university.

ITS Warranty support
The Desktop Support team provides assistance and guidance for ITS’ Warranty program, as well as handling physical hardware repairs for any damages covered under ITS’ warranty program.

Additional support
Desktop Support provides the NAU community with hardware and software recommendations based on user needs and requirements. Additionally, Desktop Support also provides support for NAU’s telephony and unified communications platforms.
Statewide and remote support services
The Desktop Support team also provides in-person support services at NAU’s statewide locations and virtual support services for remote employees located outside of Flagstaff, including assistance with the delivery of new computer equipment to remote employees.
