NAU Departmental Calling Cards

NAU faculty and staff may be assigned Centurylink World Card calling cards to use while traveling on university business.

The NAU department or college must submit the request for the calling card on an ITS ServiceNow ticket. The request should include the name of the faculty/staff person that the card will be assigned to and the agency/organization that the charges for the card will be billed to.

Calling Card Rates

Intra-state .08 cents per minute and a .35 cent surcharge per call.

Inter-state .08 cents per minute and a .35 cent surcharge per call.

Intra-state calls from payphones are .35 cents per minute and a .30 surcharge per call.

Inter-state calls from payphones are .35 cents per minute and a .30 surcharge per call.

Lost or Stolen Cards

If you lose or misplace your NAU CenturyLink World calling card, call Telephone Support at 928-523-7474. We will have the card cancelled. Your department will need to submit an ITS ServiceNow ticket for a replacement card.
