For FY26, we’ve worked with Adobe to provide the university with updated rates & licensing options for Adobe software. Below are the available license types for this fiscal year and their cost.

What’s the difference between Adobe Express and Adobe Creative Cloud?
Generally speaking, Adobe Express is a more condensed suite of tools that borrows functionality from larger Creative Cloud applications. Adobe Express allows users to complete common media tasks without needing a full Creative Cloud license.

Purchasing Licenses
To purchase licenses for yourself or other users, submit an Adobe license request through ServiceNow. You’ll need to provide the list of users needing a license and the speedchart to bill.
