Received a suspicious email?
You can report emails directly within Outlook, or by forwarding a suspicious email to phishing@nau.edu.

ServiceNow Service Portal
You can submit a support request, or “ticket” online through our ServiceNow service portal, as well as report outages, purchase a computer or endpoint device, and more.
Student Technology Center (STC)
The Student Technology Center is an in-person service point located on the first floor of Cline Library and is available for NAU students to receive in-person technology support.
ITS Service Point
The ITS Service Point is an in-person support center located in ITS’ Building 54 across from the front desk. The ITS Service Point provides technology support for NAU faculty and staff.
