Important information regarding electronic delivery of 2020 form W-2 and 1095-C
All active and inactive employees will need to re-elect to have their 2020 tax forms delivered electronically if they had previously chosen this method of delivery. Instructions on how to sign up for electronic delivery are available for both current employees and prior employees.
We are currently aware of technical difficulties related to the electronic delivery election page for the 2021 tax forms. If you receive an error, please try a different supported browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. Human Resources has also created the following FAQ to answer common issues with the Equifax portal. Please contact Human Resources directly if you continue to receive errors.
