Time and Labor – Time Reporting System
The new Time and Labor system provides an updated and enhanced electronic timekeeping system for employees. This system has been incorporated into Louie self service for convenient access. The new system will improve campus processes and will reduce the use of paper. This will also increase compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and reduce data entry errors.

Student Wage-Federal Work Study / Hourly-Part-Time Temps Accordion Closed
Are defined as Web Clock Users and will be required to punch in and out through Louie. Students cannot make adjustments and/or corrections on their timesheet. All corrections must be made by either their Time Administrators or assigned supervisors.
Benefit Eligible – FLSA Non-Exempt (CLS, Some APP) Accordion Closed
Are defined as Positive Pay Employees and will be required to report all time worked and all leave requests through their timesheet to be paid. Elapsed timesheet (do not punch in and out).
Benefit Eligible – FLSA Exempt (Some CLS, APP, Faculty) Accordion Closed
Are defined as Exception Employees and will only be required to report “exceptions” or time away from work such as sick, vacation, Jury Duty, etc.
Graduate Assistants & Salaried Part-time Faculty Accordion Closed
- Graduate assistants and part time salaried faculty will not be required to use the system.
