Hire Xpress (also known as the Compliance Center) uses secure online forms to collect the information necessary to set up a new employees. The employee’s employment identity and authorization are completed in Hire Xpress as well.
If the employee is going to be working from a remote location or online outside of the State of Arizona, within the United States, please process them as a remote employee.
How it works
- The hiring department or Human Resources initiates the hire packet in PeopleSoft with just a few pieces of information about the new employee.
- An email with the log-in information is sent to the new employee. The employee logs into the NAU Employment Center and provides the necessary information by entering the data into the online hire forms.
- When the employee has completed the forms, he/she presents their original employment identity and authorization documents to the department or Human Resources. Once the identification is recorded, the hire packet is then uploaded through a secure connection to LOUIE.
