NAU Career Development provides several online lessons called Career Steps, available 24/7, to help you prepare for a career you’ll love.
After logging in with your NAU credentials, the course will appear in your BBLearn menu. From there, you can explore each topic at your own pace!

Career Readiness: Career Management

Earners of this Career Readiness Badge know how to identify and articulate skills, strengths, knowledge, and experiences relevant to career goals and professional growth.
They also can explore job options, take necessary steps to pursue opportunities, and self-advocate in the workplace.
Complete the Career Step online lessons below and achieve at least 80% on each lesson quiz to earn this badge. Additional details can be found online.

Complete the “Managing Your Career” Career Step online lesson and quiz, which covers recognizing that successfully managing a career is a personal responsibility and identifying strategies for this process, including strategic networking and involvement in relevant career preparation activities.
