Career & Graduate School Fairs
Join us at NAU Career Development’s All-Major Career Fair! This event is intended for recruiters from all industries offering full-time positions, internships and networking opportunities for NAU students of all majors!

Career Fair Day: 3/7/24 10:3 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Interview Day: 3/8/24 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (free for all registered recruiters!)
Where: NAU Fieldhouse – 1050 S. Knoles Drive Flagstaff, AZ 86001
- Please be sure ALL recruiters attending are listed in your Handshake registration. This will allow for clear communications with those coming to campus and Important event logistics will be emailed ONLY to reps listed on Handshake.
- After registration you will be sent an invoice payment link. We do not take payment through Handshake, but through our own payment link. We accept Credit Card or E-Check ONLY.
- NEW THIS YEAR: INTERVIEW DAY! We invite all employers to return to their table at the Field House the day after the fair from 9am-2pm to conduct interviews as needed. As you meet students at the fair, invite them back for an interview! PLEASE select “Interview Day” on your Handshake registration so that we leave your table set up.
- Registration Fee:
Private Organizations: $650
Non-Profit or Government Entity: $375
NAU Entity: $150 (NAU employers offering ON-Campus employment ONLY) - Registration includes:
MAXIMUM of TWO representatives
MAXIMUM of ONE parking pass (not included in NAU Entity registration)
MAXIMUM of TWO lunch tickets (not included in NAU Entity registration)
One table (6 feet by 2.5 feet) and two chairs
Access to a shared electrical power strip
Use of the same table on Wednesday to conduct interviews. - If you need to bring ONE additional representative, you’ll be able to select that on your registration for $60. If you prefer to bring 4 or more reps we ask that you pay for a second registration.
- Title Sponsorship Opportunity – $1200 Title Sponsorship includes one table registration, 4 representatives, premium table placement at the event, one social media post on NAU Career Development Socials prior to the event, company logo on a banner at the event, company logo on Campus wide digital signage prior to the event.
- Please be sure you are registered for the correct event. Visit “Industry Specific Events” for information on other recruiting events at NAU.
