Conduct meeting and what to expect

If you received a letter regarding a conduct meeting, you may read more about the student conduct process and what to expect in your meeting.

Student Code of Conduct Procedures

The Student Code of Conduct Procedures outline the full process for resolving allegations that a student has violated the Student Code of Conduct or other university policies.

Students in need of assistance – safety and support

If you need support or assistance due to an incident you experienced, there are a number of university and community resources that are available to help.

Sexual assault and gender violence support and resources

Read about the various resources that are available to survivors of sexual assault and other forms of gender violence (including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, relationship violence, or stalking). Additionally, reports may be made (including anonymous reports) via the Sexual Misconduct Report form.

Student conduct records and privacy

Student conduct records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and information about a student’s case may not be shared with other parties without the written consent of the student or as otherwise allowed by law. To authorize Student Rights & Responsibilities to speak with another party about your case, please complete a FERPA Release Form.
