Students in need of assistance – safety and support
If you need support or assistance due to an incident you experienced, there are a number of university and community resources that are available to help.
Sexual assault and gender violence support and resources
Read about the various resources that are available to survivors of sexual assault and other forms of gender violence (including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, relationship violence, or stalking). Additionally, reports may be made (including anonymous reports) via the Sexual Misconduct Report form.
Student conduct records and privacy
Student conduct records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and information about a student’s case may not be shared with other parties without the written consent of the student or as otherwise allowed by law. To authorize Student Rights & Responsibilities to speak with another party about your case, please complete a FERPA Release Form.
