Leadership Workshops

Leadership isn’t a title—it’s a mindset, a skillset, and a way of showing up in the world. This three-part workshop series helps you build a strong foundation of personal leadership rooted in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and authenticity.

Whether you’re just starting college or stepping into new opportunities, this series will help you map your values, strengthen your communication, and shape a leadership identity that’s uniquely yours.

You’ll walk away with tools to better understand yourself, connect with others, and tell your story with confidence—on campus, in the workplace, and beyond.

Own your impact. Lead from the inside out. Be the blueprint.

Who should attend

  • First- and second-year college students ready to explore their potential as leaders
  • Students looking to align their values, strengths, and actions
  • Emerging leaders who want to grow their confidence, communication, and emotional intelligence
  • Anyone seeking to make a meaningful impact—on campus, in the community, or in their future career
  • Those who believe leadership starts from within (or are ready to find out why it does)

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify and articulate their core values and character strengths as they relate to their personal leadership style
  • Demonstrate foundational emotional intelligence skills, including self-awareness, empathy, and effective interpersonal communication
  • Develop a personal leadership narrative and self-brand that can be used for employment, networking, or community involvement
  • Recognize the role of authenticity and vulnerability in leadership, especially in early developmental stages
  • Apply self-leadership practices to real-life academic, social, or professional challenges, showing initiative and reflective decision-making
