Sexual Assault and Relationship Violence (SARV) Task Force Accordion Closed
This interdisciplinary group consisting of members from both on and off campus working collaboratively to address sexual violence.
Membership includes representatives from:
- Office of Dean of Students
- Title IX
- Campus Health Services
- Campus Living
- Fraternity and Sorority Life
- Athletics
- IMQ
- Faculty
- Students
- NACASA
- Victim Witness
- Northland Family Help Center
Meetings occur monthly for one hour.
Past accomplishments include:
- Coordination of Sexual Assault Awareness Month activities
- Advocacy for new student training on sexual violence prevention
- Creation of programs to support healthy masculinity
- Completion of ACHA and NASPA self-evaluations
- Advocacy for intimate partner violence screening within Campus Health

Alcohol and Other Drugs Coalition Accordion Closed
Mission:
To prepare our students as citizens of a greater community and foster academic success by reducing the impact of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use (ATOD) campus-wide.
Membership includes representatives from the following offices:

Healthy Campus Coalition Accordion Closed
The Healthy Campus Coalition was formed to improve academic success by addressing nutrition and fitness concerns on campus. The mission of this group is to create a culture of wellness at NAU.
Past accomplishments of this group include planning annual health fairs and the implementation of 23 Health and Wellness Guidelines through the Healthier Campus Initiative. This group currently oversees the Live Well NAU framework.

Mental Health Coalition Accordion Closed
The Mental Health Task Force addresses mental health concerns for the university at a population level. This group works closely with the JED Foundation to create lasting changes on campus to support student’s mental health.
