Part time permits should not be shared by multiple staff if the use exceeds the eligibility limit of 19 hours per week or 6 credit hours.

Departments may request annual permit for part-time, non-benefit employees for which they know and verify the individual will be eligible the duration of the year. If unsure, please use the semester option. Employees may select annual (including summer) or fall/ spring only (does not include summer). Using the verification form below, please select the duration option that best fits the employees employment.

The employee’s affiliation is not a student, and they are not a graduate assistant, teacher’s assistant, or any other graduate student designation. If all criteria are met, the employee is eligible for a reduced fee part-time faculty parking permit.
