  • Employee Bulk Day Permit Request Form

Fall 2023 New Option!

Employees can now get an employee day permits using the parking portal at the bulk permit rate of $2.50 per day. The benefits include:

  • Real time processing – permit can be ordered and is active upon order
  • No need to enter personal and vehicle information every time a permit is needed
  • No need to submit a request to get a code and wait
  • Saves time and hassle

Employees can still request the bulk permit option if they prefer using the form below.

This form may only be used by eligible, non-student employees and must be submitted at least five business days in advance. Once processed, a code will be emailed to the employee to be used on the Park Mobile Reservations Platform. The cost will be posted to Louie. Requestor agrees to comply with all parking rules and regulations.

Request for Employee Bulk Day Permit

Benefit-eligible and non-student employees can purchase 25 or 50 day uses in bulk. Eligibility will be confirmed prior to processing request.

By clicking the above box the employee agrees to all parking rules and regulations as posted on the UTS website, indicates approval for the cost to be placed on their Louie account, and understands that a partial refund would only be considered if a person leaves NAU employment. A refund request must be emailed to ask.parking@nau.edu by the last day of employment.
I understand I will be issued a code for the Park Mobile Reservations web-based platform. It is my responsibility to order the day permit at least two hours prior to arrival. If I do not need a permit for a day for which I already ordered, I must email ask.parking@nau.edu no later than 7:30 a.m. on that specific day to request a credit.
I understand that each day counts as 1 use. The PM platform will allow multiple consecutive days for one order. Each day still counts as one use. So a permit order for August 1st at 6 am through August 4th and 5 pm will  count as 4 uses.
