Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting services are completed on an appointment basis. Please use the below link or email tylor.whitehat@nau.edu to schedule an appointment.
All fingerprinting applicants must have a valid state issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or ID card. The standard fee for fingerprinting is $10 per card and can only be paid by cash or check. Unfortunately, we cannot process credit or debit cards.
If an IVP application is required, please ensure that the IVP packet is received prior to your appointment. This packet is provided from the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS). Please refer to AZDPS for further inquiries regarding the fingerprint process.
If you’re coming in for Non-IVP fingerprints, AZDPS requires your fingerprint cards and an ID Affidavit to be sealed and signed in an envelope by our Evidence Technician. You must bring an 8.5 x 11″ sealable envelope and the ID Affidavit with you to your appointment. The ID Affidavit can be found here (see “Changes to the Non-IVP Clearance Card Application).
