Registered Sex Offender

Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 38, Article 3 contains the laws that regulate Sex Offenders and Sex Offender Registry. Subsection N of this statute specifically articulates Sex Offenders that are required by law to register and are attending or employed by an institution of postsecondary education must notify the County Sheriff of that jurisdiction.
