Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting services are completed on an appointment basis. Please use the below link or email tylor.whitehat@nau.edu to schedule an appointment.
All finger fingerprinting applicants must have a valid state issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or ID card. The standard fee for fingerprinting is $10 per card and can only be paid by cash. Applicants to the Department of Education also need a completed licensing application and must bring a money order made payable to Arizona DPS in the amount of
- $67 for employees
- $65 for volunteers
