Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting services are completed on an appointment basis. Please use the below link or email tylor.whitehat@nau.edu to schedule an appointment.
All fingerprinting applicants must have a valid state issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or ID card. The standard fee for fingerprinting is $10 per card and can only be paid by cash or check. Unfortunately, we cannot process credit or debit cards.
If an IVP application is required, please ensure that the IVP packet is received prior to your appointment. This packet is provided from the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZ DPS). Please refer to AZ DPS for further inquiries regarding the fingerprint process.
Applicants to the Department of Education also need a completed licensing application and must bring a money order made payable to Arizona DPS in the amount of
- $67 for employees
- $65 for volunteers
