Northern Arizona University students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.

- MANAGE JACKSCARD: Use the OneCard tool to suspend, resume, or unlink your JacksCard.
- SUBMIT A PHOTO: Before you can get your JacksCard, you must submit an acceptable photo for review.
- DOOR ACCESS: To request building access, complete the Card Access Request form.
- ADD FUNDS (NAU LOGIN): Cardholders can add funds to Dining Dollars or JDE or check balances.
- ADD FUNDS (GUEST LOGIN): Using the cardholder’s ID number, add funds to Dining Dollars or JDE accounts.
- AFFILIATE REQUEST: As an affiliate of NAU, you can request a JacksCard.

JacksCard is available in Apple Wallet, on Android, and as a physical card.
Digital JacksCard
JacksCard is compatible with Apple devices (including iPhone and Apple Watch) and Android smartphones.
Physical JacksCard
Physical JacksCards are integrated with antenna coils and electronic chips, enabling access to buildings, Campus Dining transactions, and more.
