Digital JacksCard Eligibility Requirements
In order to utilize the Digital JacksCard, you must meet certain requirements. The content below reviews all these requirements and links you to resources on how to meet those requirements.
NOTE: New incoming Flagstaff Mountain campus students will be able to add the Digital JacksCard to their mobile phones starting on July 1. If you haven’t already done so, please upload your photo now to be ready.
Eligible Campus Members Accordion Closed
- Students
- At this time, only enrolled (current or future semesters) Flagstaff campus students using a compatible device are eligible for the Digital JacksCard.
- If you are unsure if you are an enrolled student, please check your current enrollment in Louie.
- Continuing students are welcome to add their JacksCard at any time.
- Accepted students starting in the fall semester must wait until after July 1st to add their JacksCard.
- Faculty/Staff
- Only full-time faculty or staff on the Flagstaff Mountain Campus are eligible for a digital JacksCard.
Compatible Phone Accordion Closed
iPhone: You must have an iPhone 6s or newer to add the JacksCard to your Apple Wallet. Review this article on identifying your iPhone model.
Android Phone: You must have an Android phone running Android 8 or later WITH a mobile pay feature to add the JacksCard to your phone. “Pay as you go” phones are not eligible.
Phone Software Accordion Closed
iPhone: Ensure your iPhone has the most up-to-date operating system. Check for updates in your phone settings. How to check for updated iOS.
Android Phone: Be sure you are completely up-to-date on your Android software. How to check for updated Android version.
NAUgo App Accordion Closed
Install the latest version of the NAUgo app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Phone Passcode Accordion Closed
For both iPhone and Android phones, you must have a passcode to unlock your phone in order to add your JacksCard.
Two-Step Verification (Duo) Accordion Closed
In order for you to successfully add a JacksCard to your phone, it is necessary to be enrolled in two-step verification (Duo). For instructions, visit our Enrolling in Duo KB Article.
Approved Photo Accordion Closed
