Getting a Plastic JacksCard

As a student, you are expected to have your JacksCard on your person at all times.

Part-time employees and Affiliates, visit the JacksCard Office located in the University Union (Bldg. 30), Room 115. JacksCard prices can be found at Card Pricing. To shorten your wait time, please submit your photo ahead of time and skip the line. Please be prepared to present one of the following forms of government-issued photo identification:

• Driver’s license
• State identification card
• Passport
• Military ID

Applying online

If you are attending NAU at any campus that is not the Flagstaff Mountain Campus, please submit your JacksCard photo, fill out the application, and email it to JacksCard@nau.edu along with a photo or scan of a government-issued photo ID, listed above. If you meet the requirements above, a plastic JacksCard will be mailed to you.

If you are attending NAU at the Flagstaff Mountain Campus, you will only need to submit your JacksCard photo and provision your Digital Credential on the NAUGo app.
