Open Enrollment Events

Open Enrollment October 20th – November 7th 

Human Resources is sponsoring several events to assist employees with learning more about their benefits during open enrollment.

Flagstaff Benefit Expo 

The Flagstaff Benefit Expo will be held at the High-Country Conference Center. Attendees can use the conference center parking garage. At the Expo you can receive a free flu vaccine so be sure to bring your medical insurance card.

NAU HDHP\HSA Webinars

How the NAU HDHP\HSA Works : Learn about the differences between the NAU PPO and the NAU HDHP medical plans and how an HSA can help you manage your health care expenses. These meetings will be recorded and posted to Open Enrollment Central  

Medicare counseling & Webinars

Medicare is complicated. NAU will be sponsoring a virtual webinar about Medicare options. The meeting will be recorded and posted to

Drop-in Sessions

Do you have questions about the changes to your benefits? Need help changing your benefit elections? Members of the Benefits Team will be available to answer your questions and to help you make changes to your benefits through self-service in LOUIE – HR .
