Key requests

  • Most key requests (individual/department key requests, key transfers, key return, Torus access request, lost/stolen keys) can be submitted electronically via the TMA iService Desk (or by clicking on the “Work Request” link at the upper right of any Facility Services webpage). Go to our Instructions page for detailed guidance on using the key request form for the various specific requests.
  • Grand Master Keys [DEFINITION?] should be requested using the dedicated OnBase form.
  • Keys for Outside Vendors & Contractors who require NAU property access should be requested by submitting this form to BAS [IN PERSON?]. Vendors/contractors take responsibility for re-keying costs if the keys are lost or not returned by the expiration date.
  • All key requests are subject to the current Lock shop/Key Control policy.

See below for other important definitions and guidelines.
