Nutrition and wellness
Fuel your mind and body
Your dining experience is more than great food. It is a community experience centered on culinary expertise, fresh ingredients, healthy options, and a shared sense of environmental and social responsibility. Our Mindful program is a health and wellness approach that balances enticing flavors with nutrition, making healthy choices second nature.
Vegan and Vegetarian options!
Vegan or Vegetarian? We have plant-based options spread throughout both our Resident Dining halls each day and also in many of our restaurants across campus. Check out our Vegan Vegetarian guide to help you navigate all of the plant-based options on campus!
Food allergies or intolerances?
Common food allergens are identified on labels in the all-you-care-to-eat dining locations, on our “where to eat page” and on the Campus Dining mobile app. In addition, our registered dietitian, Megan Anderson, is available to meet with you and offer guidance in navigating your Campus Dining choices.
Simple servings is a platform within the Hot Spot and The DüB Dining District that provides a variety of offerings that are void of the following food allergens; shellfish, milk, wheat, gluten, soy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
