- Creating a Culture of Caring: 10-15 minute introductory video to familiarize students with the concept of taking care of one another by utilizing bystander strategies to create a culture of caring at NAU

- Healthy Relationships and Consent (45 minutes): This workshop will identify the signs of both healthy and unhealthy relationships utilizing real life scenarios. Using healthy communication strategies as a springboard, more in depth discussion will help students identify ways to obtain consent.
- Take a Stand! Bystander Training (2 hours): This interactive training, based on the Step UP! Curriculum, introduces participants to the bystander theory and explores strategies for being an active bystander. Participants learn tangible skills for helping in a variety of situations from sexual violence to discrimination and depression.
- Sex and the Media: Changing the Culture (45 minutes): Building on concepts from the Take a Stand! Bystander intervention training, this interactive workshop will explore ways in which society perpetuates rape culture and creates a call to action for participants to become change makers in helping to eliminate rape culture.
