Primary Care Clinic

Primary care services are available for students, faculty, staff, and eligible dependents 16 years and older.

Our team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners are uniquely qualified to attend to your wellness and preventive health needs and manage a variety of chronic diseases. If specialty care is indicated, we will refer to an outside provider.

You may schedule online or by calling the front office at 928-523-2131. Tele health visit are available for certain appointment types. Please inform the front office staff if you would prefer the tele health option.
