Health Promotion social connection programs
Connection is essential for your well-being—strong social ties can boost your mental health, reduce stress, and help you thrive in college. Our connection programs and events are designed to bring students together, foster meaningful interactions, and build a supportive community. Join us to invest in your health and create connections that last!
Colors and Connection
Colors & Connection brings people together through art and conversation, creating a space for real connection and meaningful interactions. You’ll tap into your creativity, explore how colors reflect emotions, and build your emotional intelligence in a fun, laid-back environment. This is more than just an art session—it’s a chance to strengthen peer connections and find support as you navigate the ups and downs of college life. No artistic experience necessary!
