In fall 2025, Northern Arizona University transitioned from Widen to Mediagraph, a new digital asset management (DAM) system designed to centralize NAU brand assets and support consistent use across colleges and units
Mediagraph is available to all NAU faculty and staff and serves as a centralized hub for official brand resources—helping ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across campus communications.
What You’ll Find in Mediagraph
Mediagraph houses a growing library of NAU-approved assets, including:
- Brand guidelines and assets
- Logos and official marks
- College brand templates (e.g. flyers, posters, PPT presentations, etc.)
- Photography and visual assets
To better support colleges and units, the AAM team is actively building dedicated college brand collections within Mediagraph. Each collection will include college-specific brand guidelines and assets, logos, and templates tailored to that academic unit. College leadership will receive a notification once your college’s brand collection is ready.
