Academic Affairs Marketing launches updated website

Posted by hfw22 on February 4, 2026

A new home for Academic Affairs Marketing services and support

Academic Affairs Marketing (AAM) has launched a new website designed to provide clear, centralized access to services, resources, and support requests for Academic Affairs units.

The new Academic Affairs Marketing website serves as a starting point for understanding how AAM partners with colleges and units—what support is available, how to engage, and where to find guidance.

Services

The Services section outlines the types of support AAM currently offers, including:

  • College brand implementation
  • Content strategy
  • Marketing consultation
  • Strategic planning
  • SWOT analysis
  • Website support

These services are designed to support thoughtful planning, consistent brand application, and effective communication across academic units.

Resources

The Resources section provides practical, on-demand materials to support your work, including:

  • FAQs that clarify common questions about AAM services and processes
  • Playbooks that outline recommended approaches and best practices
  • Quick Start Guides that offer actionable, entry-level guidance

Additional training resources will be added as they become available.

About AAM & Requesting Support

The About section includes an overview of AAM’s role, a staff directory, and a centralized Request Support form.

Submitting a request through the form helps AAM understand scope, timelines, and priorities, and ensures requests are routed appropriately and tracked consistently.

The AAM website will continue to evolve as services and resources expand. Faculty and staff are encouraged to explore the site and use it as a primary point of connection with the AAM team.
