Shutdown Requests: Building Reminders
See below for building-specific reminders to consider in case of utility shutdown requests:
Electrical shutdown will shut down alarm for vault. May need added security and may trigger alarm when re-energized.
Freezers have backup chilled water connection that can be utilized.

Same procedure as other steam systems. Verify HHW pressures, steam pressure, pump operation, and condensate receiver operation; check isolation valves (manual and BAS) and water makeup; slowly bring up by hand. Check for leaks and verify proper operation once setpoint has been reached.
Main electrical feed comes into the laundry room. Water service line to Building D has not been found.
