    1. The optional pre-submittal meeting will be held by Teams on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Details for joining this meeting are available in Division III of the RFQ document. Pre-registration for this meeting is required.

    2. Any and all addendums to this RFQ will be posted under this request.

    3. Contact Judith Scholar Winfield for a link to the recording of the pre-submittal meeting held on September 2, 2025.

    4. The interview date in the slides has been updated to October 7, 2025. An addendum will be issued to correct a discrepancy in the interview dates indicated in the RFQ document. The date is correct in one location and incorrect in another.

    5. A meeting will be held on September 18, 2025, at 2:00PM via Teams to open the Statements of Qualifications received in response to this RFQ. The meeting can be accessed via this link.

    6. Following interviews, the top three firms in order of ranking are shown below. NAU will begin contract negotiations with the top-ranked firm.

    4. Due to the time of year, an on-site tour of McConnell Hall will not be possible prior to the submittal deadline. Information about McConnell Hall can be found on the NAU website. We will endeavor to add more visual information from the building as we are able.

    4. Per the ARQ request, this is an open-ended request. Therefore, there is no deadline for submittals.
