AAM at TechSummit 2026

Posted by hfw22 on February 4, 2026

Academic Affairs Marketing (AAM) is pleased to share that Heather Weisberger, Marketing Manager for Academic Affairs Marketing, presented at NAU TechSummit 2026, hosted by NAU Information Technology Services.

Heather’s session, AI + Human Collaboration for Academic Units: Crafting Clear, Authentic Digital Messaging, explored how academic units can thoughtfully integrate AI tools into their digital communication workflows—while maintaining clarity, authenticity, and alignment with NAU’s brand and values.

The session focused on practical, real-world applications of AI for academic units, including:

  • Where AI can support efficiency without replacing human judgment
  • How to use AI as a collaborative tool for drafting and refining content
  • Strategies for maintaining voice, tone, and authenticity in digital messaging
  • Common pitfalls—and how to avoid them

This presentation reflects AAM’s ongoing commitment to helping academic units navigate emerging technologies in ways that are strategic, responsible, and human-centered.

Faculty and staff interested in digital communication, content strategy, or AI-enabled workflows are encouraged to listen to the recording of the session.
