Drug-free schools and campuses

Northern Arizona University is committed to providing a healthy educational environment, consistent with university policies and free from unlawful acts. NAU must certify compliance with The Drug-Free Workplace Act (41 U.S.C. § 8102, et seq.), The Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (20 U.S.C. § 7101, et seq.), and the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Regulations (34 C.F.R. 86, et seq.).
