The User Experience team in ITS is constantly looking for ways to improve how site visitors navigate the NAU website. The video below is a recording of a recent presentation that highlighted best practices for WordPress users at NAU. Using a case study of a real site on campus, the UX team illustrated real ways to improve our WordPress content.
