Communication design FAQ

You can submit your communication or design request online through the SASI project request form. Once we receive your request, a team member will be in touch to confirm your submission and discuss next steps.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, our team asks for a minimum of two weeks for fulfillment, with potential exceptions for high-priority and time-sensitive projects. For large-scale and multi-faceted initiatives, it is best to plan 30 days for project completion.

• Content for current students should be approved by the SASI Communications and Design team.
• Content for prospective students should be approved by the Enrollment Management Communications team.
• Branded merchandise or community-facing materials should be approved by University Marketing.
• Smaller-scale communication and design pieces (including social media and program emails) do not require SASI review and approval, but it never hurts to ask.

All community-facing materials and branded merchandise require approval from University Marketing. If you are uncertain whether your content/design requires University Marketing approval, you can submit a project request to the SASI team.

If your request is for a push notification, you can submit your request via the SASI project request form. If you are interested in developing a page within the app, you can submit your request directly to the NAUgo team for review.
