Ending Payroll and Benefit Info Voluntary Payroll Deductions
Parking: Voluntary payroll deductions for Parking will end with your final paycheck. If your permit is not paid in full at that time, the permit will be deactivated regardless of any other NAU affiliation you may have. Please reach out directly to Parking Services if you have a need to continue parking on campus.
Other Voluntary Payroll Deductions: All other voluntary payroll deductions, including but not limited to United Way, Rec Center, NAU Foundation and Dining services will also stop. Please work directly with those areas or departments to determine continuing services or contributions.
Exit Interview
We would like to learn about why you are leaving Northern Arizona University, and about your experience as an employee here. Please help us by completing the online exit interview survey or access a printable version in our Forms Index. The information in this survey will be collected by Human Resources. When appropriate, cumulative data in a tabulated format through statistics and/or graphs may be shared with deans, directors, and other administrative officials. Your re-employment with the university will not be affected by your response
