If a part-time faculty member is teaching three credit hours for the full 15-week semester, the work hours per week is 8.01.
- [(3 credit hours x 2.67) * (standard 15 weeks ÷ 15 weeks of actual teaching)] = 8.01
If a part-time faculty member is teaching three credit hours for 10 weeks in a standard 15-week semester, the work hours per week is 12.02.
