Green Transportation Week
Join us for a week of fun, sustainability, and community building!
Dates: September 2 – 5, 2025
Did you know? According to the United Nations, living car-free can reduce your annual carbon footprint by up to 3.6 tons.
What is Green Transportation Week?
Ditch the car and use an alternative form of transportation when you come to campus this week! You can ride your bike or scooter, walk on the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, take the Mountain Line bus or NAU Campus Shuttle, or carpool with a friend. When you participate you can enter to win prizes! We will also be having fun events throughout the week to learn about sustainable transportation options around Flagstaff. Students, faculty, and staff are all invited to participate!
